Nana B sues the government over ‘unlawful’ termination of recruitments and appointments

The controversy stems from a directive issued on February 10, 2025, which resulted in widespread dismissals. Nana B asserts that this directive is unconstitutional and seeks a declaration from the court to that effect. Additionally, he is seeking an injunction to prevent further implementation of the directive, arguing that any actions taken in compliance with the directive would be unlawful.
Furthermore, Nana B is requesting that the government be ordered to cover all court-related expenses and legal fees associated with the case. This legal action is seen as a challenge to the government’s decision, which Nana B believes is unjust and unconstitutional.
