YEA and GES Launch Recruitment for School Support Roles
The Youth Employment Agency (YEA), in partnership with the Ghana Education Service (GES), has announced the opening of its application portal. They invite interested individuals to apply for positions as School Guards, Kitchen Assistants, or Community Education Teaching Assistants (CETA) in basic and secondary schools.
Eligibility Criteria
– Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
– A minimum qualification of Senior High School education is required.
– For Teaching Assistant positions, applicants must hold at least a Diploma from an accredited institution in Ghana.
Conditions of Application
– Successful applicants will become beneficiaries of the Youth Employment Agency.
– Beneficiaries will be engaged under a two-year contract.
– Appointed Kitchen Guards will be stationed at secondary schools with boarding facilities.
Mode of Application
Interested applicants should apply via apply.yea.gov.gh or yea.gov.gh.
Application Deadline
The application deadline is 5th August 2024.
Cost of Application
The YEA application is free of charge for all qualified individuals. YEA does not sell application forms.
