The National Conference of Principals of Colleges of Education-Ghana (PRINCOF) has announced a revised reopening date for the 2024/2025 academic year. The new date is set for Monday, January 27, 2025.

This change is due to unforeseen circumstances that require urgent attention. PRINCOF made this decision after a general meeting held in Sogakope on January 8, 2025.

The conference apologized for any inconvenience this change may cause and assured staff, students, and stakeholders that they are working hard to ensure a smooth transition and a successful start to the academic year.

PRINCOF stressed that despite the delay, the focus remains on maintaining the high standards of education and ensuring that the Colleges of Education continue to excel in their mission to train educators.

The conference encouraged all stakeholders to stay updated on any further announcements and urged them to remain in contact with the College authorities for further information or inquiries.

PRINCOF expressed its commitment to resolving the current challenges promptly and emphasized the importance of cooperation from all involved parties during this transitional period.

The revised reopening date is expected to provide sufficient time for the necessary arrangements to be made, ensuring a successful and productive academic year for both students and staff.
