GES Launches Self-Posting Module for Recruitment of First Class Degree Holders
The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced the launch of a recently implemented self-posting module to recruit first-class degree holders (2022) from the Public Colleges of Education. During a press briefing on Thursday, July 4, at the institution’s headquarters, GES revealed to a Ghanaweb reporter that the self-posting recruitment module has several advantages.
One key benefit of the module is that it enables freshly trained teachers to be posted to areas where language barriers won’t be an issue. Additionally, the module allows teachers to choose schools closer to their jurisdiction and receive related financial support.
Eligible candidates are recommended to visit https://www.gespromotions.gov.gh and follow the instructions to obtain their appointment letters.
Selected applicants are required to present their Ghana Card and other necessary documents to their respective regional education directorates for verification and further instructions.
