Teacher unions call-off 2-week old strike

After weeks of tension and negotiation, the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), and the Coalition of Concerned Teachers (CCT) have jointly decided to call off their nationwide strike. This decision comes in response to an interim injunction obtained by the National Labour Commission (NLC), aimed at halting the strike and facilitating discussions between the unions and their employers.
