The Ghana Education Service (GES) has announced vacancies for Headteacher positions in the South Tongu District and is inviting applications from qualified serving personnel within the GES.
Qualification and Experience
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Professional Graduate Teacher: Must hold professional graduate status.
- Rank Requirement: Must have held the rank of Principal Superintendent for at least five (5) years.
- Conduct and Work History: Must possess a very satisfactory conduct record and credible work history.
- Computer Literacy: Must be proficient in computer use.

Interested applicants with the requisite qualifications are urged to apply with four (4) copies each of the following relevant documents:
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- First Appointment Letter
- Last Promotion Letter
- Personal Record Form
- Sealed Confidential Report from your Head of Institution

According to the announcement signed by Mrs. Celestine S.A. Korsi-Agordo, the South Tongu District Director, all applications must be submitted to her office on or before 30th June, 2024.
