Projected 2024-2025 Academic Calendar for Public Schools
The Ghana Education Service is anticipated to release the 2024–2025 Academic Calendar for public basic schools before the end of the school day on Wednesday, July 24, 2024.
As public basic schools break for vacation on Thursday, July 25, 2024, the GES has yet to finalize the reopening and vacation dates for Terms 1, 2, and 3 of the upcoming school year, which begins in September. In the meantime, we can review the projected academic calendar for public schools, which is based on the one previously released for private schools.
